This Privacy Policy explains how MO JINQUAN ("Movoria", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use movoria.studio and related AI features, including account, chat, image generation, video generation, uploads, credits, billing, and support features.

Movoria is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  1. Account information We may collect your name, email address, profile image, sign-in provider, account identifiers, locale, and related registration information.

  2. Prompts, uploads, and outputs We may collect prompts, chat history, uploaded files, generation settings, AI task records, and generated outputs that you submit or receive through the Service.

  3. Technical and usage data We may collect IP address, browser and device information, session data, user agent, timestamps, pages visited, referral information, and service logs.

  4. Cookies and preference data We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, language settings, site preferences, attribution data such as utm_source, and related functionality. If analytics, customer-support, or similar tools are enabled, those providers may also use cookies or similar technologies.

  5.   • payment processors and billing providers if paid features are offered or used;
  • legal, regulatory, security, or law-enforcement recipients when required or reasonably necessary.

AI Processing

To provide AI features, we may send prompts, attachments, and related generation parameters to third-party AI or infrastructure providers.

We do not intentionally use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train our own foundation models unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.

Third-party providers may process data under their own terms, privacy policies, and retention practices.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries with different data protection laws. By using the Service, you understand that such transfers may occur.
